Gymshark Seamless Leggings

OH MY GOD, okay so these leggings are hands down the best leggings I have ever owned. They are high waisted and the band is thick and pulls you in, and the ribbed fabric stretches to fit you perfectly. There is built in contouring under the glutes which literally makes your bum look amazing, and there is also contouring on the quads to make you look curvy. They have cut out detailing on the bottom, and they are the only full length leggings I own that I don’t have to turn up, which is a miracle for someone who barley touches 5’3 and has the shortest legs on the planet. I have them in the blue and the black, and I love them both but the blue are my favourite, they are a little expensive at £40 a pair, but they are 100% worth it.

Women’s Best Protein Creme

This taste exactly like nutella and has crunchy pieces of hazelnut in too, it’s amazing. Admittedly it’s pretty much just as high in sugar and fat as nutella, but it does have a lot of added protein, so if you’re going to have some nutella as a treat, this can be a great alternative to up your protein intake. The protein bites are also pretty good, the coconut ones are the best and they are VERY macro friendly!

Shirts

I have always been a bit of a fan of a shirt, and they’re really taking off this summer. Oversized options are my go to, and can be dressed up or down, and are just so easy to throw on with jeans or leggings. With the embroidery trend stronger than ever, there are so many shirts and blouses around at the moment, and I still love the emphasis on sleeves, Topshop have some with really loose wide sleeves which are so comfy (mine is somewhere in a mass of bags of boxes from moving home for summer from uni so I couldn’t get a photo), and I’ve found big sleeves can be very flattering on someone with broad shoulders and chunky arms like myself, it helps to balance you out a bit!

Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Wipes

As usual, these aren’t going to magically make you have amazing skin, if anyone ever finds anything that really works please PLEASE let me know, but they probably are the most refreshing wipes I’ve used. They get your makeup off easily, they are actually wet enough to work properly, and they make your skin tingle, and whether it’s psychological or not it does make you feel like your skin is actually clean! They’re a little expensive at £4.19 a pack, so maybe bulk buy them when they’re on offer!

Adidas Revival – California Tee

I have never particularly been a fan of Adidas, if I was going to buy sportswear Nike and Gymshark would always be my go to, but as the influence of sportswear continues to grow in the fashion market, and ‘Sport Luxe’ is an ever present trend both on the catwalk and the street, the popularity of Adidas has exploded. Adidas have always created products aimed at the fashion market as well as the functional sportswear industry, and so this has allowed them to get ahead of the game in casual, fashion-led sportswear. Celebrity collaborations has attracted attention, and they now have a far stronger brand identity. This is beginning to sound like an essay I would be writing for uni so I’ll move on, but basically I have been living in throw on staples like this Adidas California Tee, it’s been perfect during exam period when you’re sitting around revising (or meant to be anyway) and looks cute even though you have barely left the house for a week and possibly haven’t even showered that morning. We’ve all been there. At £25, it was pretty reasonably priced but I would advise sizing down, it obviously depends how you want it to fit, but I got a size 6 and I still tie it up quite often as it is very very oversized!

Sigrid

I have been playing this EP constantly, every single song is so good and I need her to release an album ASAP, I need more of her voice in my life.
