So if you didn’t know, I am obsessed with Gymshark. From my first purchase in 2012 the clothing and brand has come such a long way, and they are 100% my go to when buying gym clothes, which lets face it, I buy way too many of.

For me, they are unrivalled when it comes to combining great design, with great fit, which has developed so much over the years. I love fashion, so I have never understood why I would just throw anything on to go to the gym, yes it may get sweaty, and needs to be practical, but I want to feel as good in the gym as I would do going shopping, or on a night out. I enjoy choosing what to wear to the gym, and I like to have a lot of choice.

My collection is a bit excessive, and annoyingly they had a big release just a day or so after this shoot, but this is a taster of my favourite pieces, and it will hopefully give anyone stuck on sizing a better idea of fit also! For reference, I am 5’3, and I currently typically wear a size 6 on my bottom half, and an 8 on top!

I would recommend Gymshark to anyone, this is a completely un-promoted, non-associated post, I just really really love the clothing and the way it’s designed with the gym and weight training in mind (squat proof leggings – result).

Underneath each photo or set of photos I have put the name of the pieces worn, the size I am wearing (sometimes not the size I currently need due to some pieces being a little older) and a link if they are currently live on the site (gymshark.com) – Gymshark do tend to take items off and on the site quite frequently, so keep yours eyes open, even if items aren’t on there at the moment they may appear again! They also have a very useful live chat feature on the website, where if you ask, they can often tell you when they are expecting a delivery!

I’ll admit, I am not in my peak physique here, January is perhaps not an ideal month for a shoot haha, BUT I had so much fun doing it and I would recommend anyone needing photos taken for pretty much anything to get in touch with Jasmine King, she’s so lovely and will make you feel so comfortable, I’d never done anything like this before and admittedly was quite nervous, so she pretty much had to direct everything! Move Racerback Vest – Size Small. Form Compression Leggings – Size Small (I would now order a size XS). They are about to bring out a new range of these šŸ™‚

As you can probably tell, I really love the sculpture leggings, they are fairly thick material and have loads of support, and the colours are really rich and I love them, they are my favourite style Gymshark do, they also offer lots of items in the plum and sapphire blue colour ways at the moment which is great, because I love to match my gym clothes!
